We are expanding a local call centre team in the Telecommunications industry with 20 new full-time temporary vacancies!
We need Customer Service focused Representatives to join this vibrant and busy outbound call centre. Immediate start, these positions are for fixed shifts as follows:
Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 6:00pm.
Monday - Friday, 4:00pm - 11:00pm.
As a member of this successful team you will be the primary point of contact for customers so you must be able to provide outstanding customer service and impress with your magnificent telephone manner. It is also important that you have an eye for detail and can follow processes through for accuracy.
This position would suit those currently working in hospitality, retail or other customer related roles. A thorough understanding of what providing true customer services really means, and a love and desire to deal with people, will put you in the running.
